Dirty Dry Martini (Vodka)

• 2 oz Chopin Vodka

• 1.5 oz olive juice (extra dirty)

• Dry vermouth (a light rinse / swig only)

• Olives (garnish)

Negroni

• 2 oz gin

• 1 oz sweet vermouth

• 1 oz Campari

• Large cube ice

• Orange peel (expressed, garnish)

Non-Alcoholic Bitter Spritz (NA Cocktail)

• 2 oz non-alcoholic bitter-style spirit

• Orange juice (splash)

• Ginger beer (to top off)
